TeeSync is a golf app that makes it effortless to coordinate and book tee times with a group. Instead of juggling multiple websites, screenshots in a group chat, and endless back-and-forth, TeeSync handles everything in one place — from finding availability and polling your crew, to booking and sending reminders — all inside iMessage.
Yes — TeeSync is an iPhone app. The host (the person organizing the round) needs to have TeeSync installed. Once the host sends out a TeeSync invitation through iMessage, everyone in the group can accept or decline directly in the chat. The host then books the tee time for the whole group based on who's in.
The host picks a course, date, and tee time, then sends a TeeSync invitation to the group via iMessage. Each person accepts or declines — that's it. Once responses are in, the host confirms and TeeSync books the tee time for everyone. No coordinating across multiple apps, no one left out of the loop.
Yes. TeeSync handles all the follow-up automatically. Once a tee time is booked, everyone gets a confirmation. Leading up to the round, TeeSync sends reminders so nobody forgets — including a weather update the morning of. Payment reminders are also sent so the group stays on top of any outstanding costs.
No. TeeSync is committed to transparent, course-direct pricing. All tee time prices are set directly by the golf course — what you see on TeeSync is exactly what you pay. There are no hidden fees, no service charges, and no surprise markups at checkout.
We're currently focused on courses in Southern California, including Rancho San Joaquin Golf Course (Irvine), Tustin Ranch Golf Course (Tustin), Coyote Hills Golf Course (Fullerton), and Oak Creek Golf Course (Irvine). We're actively expanding our course network — more locations are being added regularly.
TeeSync is built for iPhone and lives inside iMessage. You'll need an iPhone running iOS to use the app. All group members who receive a TeeSync invitation can accept or decline directly through iMessage — no extra setup required on their end beyond having an iPhone.
Yes. When the host sends a TeeSync invitation, you simply accept or decline through iMessage. The host handles the actual booking for everyone once the group is confirmed. You'll still receive all the same booking confirmations, reminders, and payment notifications as the rest of the group.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

TeeSync is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TeeSync iPhone app and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using TeeSync, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use TeeSync. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. The Service
TeeSync helps groups coordinate and book golf tee times through iMessage. The host organizes a round, invites others, and completes bookings on behalf of the group. Tee time availability and pricing are set by the golf courses, not by TeeSync.
3. Bookings and Payments
All tee time prices are set directly by the golf course. TeeSync displays course-direct pricing with no hidden fees or markups. Bookings, cancellations, refunds, and no-show policies are subject to the rules of the individual golf course. You are responsible for any charges associated with rounds you book or join.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
5. Apple App Store Terms
TeeSync is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Apple is not responsible for the Service and is not a party to these Terms. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any maintenance, support, warranty, product claims, or legal claims relating to the app are the responsibility of TeeSync, not Apple.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by TeeSync and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that tee times will be available, that bookings will be error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeSync is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed tee times, course policies, or third-party actions.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
